INSEED Project by BMS Students Batch (2024-2028) & Batch (2025-2029)
As part of experiential learning and community engagement, through TIMSR’s SRC Cell –Samvedna, students of BMS, Semester-IV (Batch 2024-2028) & BMS, Semester-I, (Batch 2025-2029) actively participated in a 30-hour social outreach initiative in collaboration with INSEED NGO at Matrubhumi Slum School, from December 2025 to January 2026. The initiative aimed at the holistic development of underprivileged children through a blend of educational support, co-curricular activities, and skill-building exercises.
During this engagement, students organized and managed key events such as the Annual Day and Sports Day, providing school children with opportunities to showcase their talents, participate in games, and develop confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. In addition, a canvas bag painting workshop was conducted to promote creativity and introduce children to eco-friendly product making, while also fostering basic vocational skills. Overall, the activity effectively integrated event management, experiential learning, and community service, creating a meaningful and positive impact on both the BMS students and the young beneficiaries.
