Warehouse Visit to Arcline Logistics And Warehousing Pvt Ltd
On 25th and 26th May 2026, a warehouse visit was conducted as part of a consulting engagement in the Operations and Supply Chain domain at Arcline Logistics Pvt. Ltd.’s B2 and C2 warehouse facilities located in Bhiwandi. The assignment involved a detailed Gemba study to evaluate warehouse infrastructure, inbound and outbound operations, inventory management practices, material handling systems, and overall operational workflows. Interactions were held with warehouse managers and supervisors to understand existing processes, operational challenges, and performance requirements. Key observations were documented regarding warehouse layout, space utilization, digitization levels, housekeeping standards, safety compliance, and inventory visibility. Several opportunities for process improvement were identified in areas such as WMS utilization, space optimization, material traceability, and warehouse discipline. Practical recommendations were provided to enhance operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety standards, and overall warehouse performance.
