BMS SEM-III Orientation for BMS Batch (2025-2029)
TIMSR’s BMS Department organized an Orientation Session for the students of BMS, Semester-III (Batch 2025–2029) on Monday, 13 July 2026.The session was organized to familiarize students with the academic requirements of Semester-III. The programme commenced with an inspiring inaugural address by the Honourable Director, Dr. Harish Kumar S. Purohit, who encouraged students to embrace the upcoming semester with dedication, discipline, and a commitment to continuous learning. The inaugural address was followed by a comprehensive orientation on the Semester-III syllabus, providing students with a detailed overview of the curriculum, course structure, evaluation pattern, academic expectations, and the key learning outcomes of the programme.
The programme featured an insightful session by Dr. Samir Contractor on “Classroom to Corporate: Internship Insights,” introducing students to the importance of internships, industry expectations, and skill development. Further, a session on “Professionalism at Work: Communication, Ethics & Workplace Etiquette,” was also conducted by Mr. Vaibhav Kulkarni, emphasizing the importance of effective communication, ethical conduct, workplace etiquette, and professional behaviour in the corporate environment. Overall, the orientation programme was well received by the students and provided a strong foundation for the semester by helping them to understand academic expectations as well as encouraging them to develop the professional skills required for future career success.
