Profile Briefing by Alumnus
A Job Profile Briefing Session was conducted online for the students of MMS Semester-III (Batch 2025–27) by Mr. Bhavit Shetty (MMS 2019–21), an alumnus of the institute, who is currently associated with Birla Estates as an International Markets & Luxury Real Estate Specialist.
The session provided students with valuable industry insights into the organisation, key job profiles, roles and responsibilities, career opportunities, and the competencies required to build a successful career in the real estate sector. Mr. Shetty shared practical perspectives on industry expectations, workplace requirements and the skills sought by employers in the sector.
The interactive session enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of potential career pathways and professional opportunities while effectively bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry practices. The session also strengthened the institute’s industry–alumni connect and motivated students to prepare themselves for emerging career opportunities in the real estate sector.
