From Strategy to KPIs: Designing Performance Metrics
TIMSR’s HR Department organized a workshop on “From Strategy to KPIs: Designing Performance Metrics” on 21st October 2026, for the students of MMS-HR, Sem- III (Batch 2025–27). The workshop was conducted by Ms. Kshama Priyadarshini, who shared practical insights into translating organizational strategies into measurable performance objectives and designing effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The session focused on aligning employee performance with organizational goals, identifying relevant performance measures, and establishing measurable targets. Through practical examples and industry-oriented discussions, students gained valuable insights into performance monitoring and effective performance management systems. The workshop successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical HR applications, enhancing students’ understanding of strategic performance management.
