Global Supply Chain Management
A session was organized on July 25, 2020 by TIMSR and TGBS on ‘Global Supply Chain Management: Covid-19 Scenario’. The Key Note Speaker for the session was Prof. Kingshuk Mukherjee from St.John’s University, USA. The session commenced with a welcome address and introduction of the Key Note Speaker by Dr.Pankaj Natu, Director TIMSR and Dr. Vishal Bhole, Director TGBS, Thereafter, Prof. Kingshuk Mukherjee spoke about the global scenario of Supply Chain Management and how companies across the globe were facing the current pandemic situation. Prof. Mukherjee highlighted that despite the current situation, USA is, for now, financially stable but nevertheless must manage the health crises. The session ended with a Q&A round where queries of the students, faculties and the industry experts were addressed. The session ended with Dr. Pankaj Natu expressing his vote of thanks to the Speaker.
