Mock GD Session - Operation
TIMSR’s Operations Department organized a mock Group Discussion (GD) session for the students of MMS – Operations (Batch 2023-25) on August 24, 2024. The mock GD was conducted by Mr. Mahendra Daima, Assistant Professor (TIMSR). The event aimed to enhance students’ communication skills, critical thinking, and teamwork skills by simulating a real-world GD scenario commonly encountered during recruitment processes. Participants were divided into groups and given topics relevant to current affairs, where they engaged in dynamic discussions, presenting their viewpoints and responding to counterarguments. The session not only served as a platform for students to practice and refine their discussion techniques but also an opportunity to receive feedback from faculty members, helping them to prepare for future professional challenges.
