Movie based Case discussion for students
TIMSR’s Women’s Development Cell organized a case-based learning activity for the students of MMS Semester II (Batch 2025–2027) on 16th March 2026. The session was inspired by Mission Mangal and focused on highlighting women’s leadership in scientific missions led by the Indian Space Research Organisation. Approximately 97 students participated in the activity. Selected video clips were presented, followed by a structured analysis wherein students responded to case-based questions centred on the contributions of women scientists in the Mars Orbiter Mission (Mangalyaan). Subsequently, students engaged in group discussions on key themes such as women’s leadership, gender diversity, teamwork, and innovation under constraints. The activity provided meaningful insights into the significance of inclusive leadership and underscored the critical role of women in driving organizational effectiveness and innovation.
