Participation in GOER IRM National Finale 2026
TIMSR students of Batch 2025-27 participated in the National GOER (Game of Enterprise Risk®) Finale 2026, a prestigious national-level Enterprise Risk Management competition organized by the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) India Affiliate and hosted at Mahindra University, Hyderabad on 20th June 2026. The competition witnessed participation from leading universities, colleges and business schools across India, challenging students to apply risk management concepts in simulated business scenarios and dynamic decision-making environments.
The competition required participants to identify, assess, and respond to strategic, operational, financial, technological and reputational risks while developing effective mitigation and resilience strategies. Through various competitive rounds, students demonstrated their analytical abilities, critical thinking, strategic decision-making, teamwork and problem-solving skills under time-bound conditions.
Having qualified among the Top 10 teams in the Postgraduate category from a pool of 61 participating institutions nationwide, the TIMSR team represented the institute at the National Finale. The participation provided valuable exposure to contemporary enterprise risk management practices and offered an opportunity to benchmark their skills against some of the best management institutions in the country.
