Panel discussion on “POSH in the Gen Z Era: Redefining Respect, Consent and Digital Boundaries”

TIMSR’s Women Development Cell organized a panel discussion on “POSH in the Gen Z Era: Redefining Respect, Consent and Digital Boundaries” on 2nd April 2026 for the students of MMS, Semester-II (Batch 2025-27).The session aimed to address evolving workplace sensitivities, enhance legal awareness, and provide a deeper understanding of interpersonal conduct in both physical and digital environments. The discussion brought together a distinguished panel of experts, including Dr. Aruna Deshpande (Workforce Diversity & POSH Consultant), Mr. Arun Iyer (POSH Consultant), Ms. Pallavi Sankhe (Founder, Curious Catalyst), and Advocate Sonal Bagadia (Independent Law Practice Professional), who shared valuable practical insights.

The session was effectively moderated by Dr. Nidhi Srivastava and Dr. Sonal Sharma, faculty members who have undergone the Certified POSH Training Programme, making this initiative a direct outcome of their learning and institutional commitment. The panel discussion witnessed active participation from both students and staff (teaching and non-teaching), creating an engaging platform for dialogue on issues related to respect, consent, and digital boundaries in today’s evolving professional landscape.
