Trend Setter Annex
On 7th April 2026, a retail facility visit was conducted at Trend Setter Annex with the objective of review the merchandizing practises and inventory control. Existing inventory management methods, stock replenishment procedures, SKU categorization, and merchandise display strategies were examined. Discussions were held with the management team to understand demand patterns, stock movement, and operational challenges. Key observations were documented regarding inventory visibility, stock optimization, and merchandising effectiveness. Recommendations were proposed to improve inventory accuracy, reduce stock-outs and overstock situations, and enhance overall operational efficiency and customer experience.
