Dr. Nidhi Srivastava is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 15 years of experience in management education, coupled with corporate exposure. She has worked across diverse geographies including Chennai, Pune, Delhi, and Ahmedabad, enriching her pedagogical approach through multicultural academic environments and varied student cohorts.

She is a professionally driven person with strong belief in personal integrity & tenacity of purpose. Her research interests span green consumer behavior, workplace communication, AI adoption in HR practices, and organizational leadership. With 14+ publications in reputed journals including Scopus, ABDC, Web of Science, and UGC Care-listed journals, she remains committed to academic excellence and thought leadership. She has also contributed chapters to edited volumes and actively reviews doctoral work at leading universities.

She is certified DiSC Trainer, Corporate Consultant, PhD reviewer and has worked closely with universities of different geographies for their numerous assignments like accreditations, syllabus formulation, content development etc. She also conducts various workshops for corporates on HR Policies, code of conduct and ethics.

Dr. Srivastava has made significant contributions to student training, placement support, and institutional development. She has mentored thousands of management students in employability and professional readiness, and played a key role in institutional accreditation processes, particularly the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Her holistic approach integrates academic rigor with practical exposure, ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of the corporate world.
