She has previously worked as an Associate Consultant at SHL Talent Measurement India, CEB, Mumbai, where she conducted Assessment Centers for middle and senior management personnel from prominent corporate groups such as Mahindra and Mahindra, Godrej, Jindals, and Economic Times Young Leaders Award.
