Inventory Management
In an MDP conducted on 23rd March 2018 on Inventory Management, Dr. Shailendrakumar Kale discussed its importance and explained the concept of MUSIC-3D, MRP, and their practical application. Dr. Vishal Bhole explained the concept of EOQ, Bullwhip Effect, and JIT. He gave many practical examples showing the importance of inventory management. The program was attended by executives from several industries.
