As a part of Management curriculum, the management students are supposed to enhance their learnings with practical exposure through Industrial Visits. Industrial visit provides an excellent opportunity to interact, and know more about industrial environment. Industrial visit to Jaipur, Rajasthan was from 28th August, 2016 to 1st September, 2016.
In Jaipur, students visited Dabaria Industries which is one of the most reputed manufacturers, suppliers, and traders offering products of home decor and interiors. They are an ISO 140001:2004 and ISO 90001:2008 certified company. Some of their major clients are L&T, MBL, and MRHBF. Students were acquainted with the history of the company’s manufacturing process, different aspects of product quality, durability, and cost efficiency.
The students also had an opportunity to visit another company, Shree Jai Ganesh Prints. They are one of the leading suppliers of varied kinds of fabrics. These products are known for their fine finish, color fastness, and long lasting nature. Students were made familiar with the process of fabric manufacturing, printing, and material management process.
