Emerging Trends in HR
TIMSR organized a Guest session for the students of MMS (HR) Semester-II (Batch 2022-24) on August 26, 2023, as part of a certification in “Emerging Trends in HR”. Mr. Prathamesh Sabnis, Associate Executive L&D – Kiya.ai was invited to address the students on the Functionality of HR Analytics and HRIS software. During the session, he shared the essential Technological skills for future HR job roles. He also elaborated processes like talent acquisition and L&D by using AI, AR, VR, machine learning, metaverse etc. Further, the students were seen enthusiastically answering various questions related to the topic along with other technological tools used for HR Analytics by the students.
