HR Placement Preparation: Simulation Sessions Summary (July 2019)
Simulation sessions were conducted by the HR Department for the HR Specialization students of PGDM & MMS (Batch 2018-20-Sem-III) on 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th of July, 2019 to prepare them for the upcoming placement season. During the sessions, Faculty and Alumni guided students about the in-depth profile briefing. Topics like preparation for the interview, Vision and Career Goals and management’s expectation from this group were discussed. Group discussion and Personal Interview sessions were held to fine tune the skills of the aspiring students. Our Alumni, Ms. Roshni Gahlot, Ms.Aditi Mishra and Ms. Dhara Kachalia, Ms.Zeal Shah, Ms.Komal Jaiswal and Mr.Muzamil Beig addressed the students.
