Induction Program on ‘Universal Human Values
TIMSR organized a 7 day induction program on ‘Universal Human Values’ for MMS students, Batch 2020-22 from February 08-15, 2021. This induction program was organized as per the guidelines of AICTE, with an objective to disseminate right human values among management students as part of delivery of value education. The program created an awareness and understanding on the universal human values like happiness, harmony, and prosperity as a source of fulfilment in human being, in family relationships, in society and in nature (Universe). The program consisted of Short films, Zoom polls and discussions during sessions which were followed by solving the queries of the students. On the last day of the induction, an interaction session was also organized for the participants, where they came up with their proposals on Universal Human Values. Dr. Pooja Thorat, Associate Professor-HR was the resource person for the said program. Students were very participative and appreciated this initiative wholeheartedly.
