National Stock Exchange (NSE)
TIMSR organized a visit to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for the students of MMS Semester II (Batch 2022-2024) on 27th April 2023. The session was conducted by Mr. Anil Jawaharani,- Executive (NSE) & Mr. Mohammad Raza Mulla – Trainer (NSE), India. The aim of the session was to provide valuable insights into the workings of the Stock markets, which can help them to make informed career choices.
During the session, following areas were covered in brief –
- Understanding the functioning of a Stock Exchange
- Gaining practical knowledge & learn about different Financial Instruments
- Knowing the role of NSE in the Indian Economy
During the visit, students actively participated in the session with great interest. Overall, the visit helped the students to gain valuable experience and knowledge that they can use in their careers prospects.
