Industrial Visit (Reliance Distribution Centre)
TIMSR’s Operations and HR Department organized an industrial visit to the Reliance Distribution Centre in Bhiwandi for the students of MMS semester-III Operations and HR (Batch 2022-24), TGBS students of PGDM Semester-I Operations (Batch 2023-25) and TGBS PGDM Semester-III Operations (Batch 2022-24) Operations students on 2nd November 2023. The itinerary included a facility tour, interactive sessions with Reliance employees and a Question & Answer session.
During the visit, the students gained valuable insights into supply chain management, quality control, technological advancements, and industry best practices. Overall, the visit successfully bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, enriching the students’ understanding of operations and logistics.
