National Summer Internship Project Competition 2025
Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research (TIMSR), Mumbai successfully organized the National Summer Internship Project Competition 2025 on 26 November 2025 at its campus. The event aimed to provide a national-level academic platform for students to present and critically evaluate their summer internship projects while strengthening experiential and application-oriented learning. It also focused on enhancing analytical thinking, presentation skills, and industry readiness through structured evaluation and expert feedback.
The competition witnessed participation from 27 students representing various colleges, with around 65 students attending as audience members. The programme began with registration, followed by inaugural addresses by Dr. Vidya Nakhate, Director – TIMSR, and Dr. Rekha Singh, Deputy Director – TIMSR, who emphasized practical exposure and research-driven learning. Project presentations were evaluated by an expert panel. The valedictory session was graced by Mr. Ryan Viegas, Independent Management Consultant. Ms. Neha Ajay Bhardwaj won first prize (₹5,000), and Ms. Divya Vishwakarma secured the runner-up position (₹3,000). The event concluded successfully with positive feedback from participants.
