Pre Placement Talk Session
TIMSR’s Placement Cell organized a SHL Assessment Test Session for the students of MMS Semester-III (Batch 2024-2026) on 1st November 2025. The session was conducted by Mr. Deepak Menon (Regional Manager Campus Relations – SHL) and Placement Team.
The SHL Assessment Test for students is a psychometric evaluation tool used to assess key cognitive abilities, behavioural traits, and personality characteristics that are important for success in business and management roles. It included tests on numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and logical reasoning to gauge analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the assessment measures soft skills such as leadership, teamwork and adaptability through personality and situational judgment tests. The results helped academic institutions to identify candidates with strong potential for leadership, strategic thinking, and cultural fit within an organization or program.
