Samvidhan Divas
TIMSR’s BMS Department organized Samvidhan Day Celebration to promote constitutional values and create awareness about the significance of the Indian Constitution among BMS students. The event began with the screening of an insightful documentary on the making of the Indian Constitution, highlighting its historical evolution, core principles, and the role of key architects such as Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The documentary helped students understand the importance of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity in shaping modern India. Following the screening, students and faculty members collectively took the Samvidhan Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to uphold constitutional ideals, respect democratic values, and contribute responsibly to society. The pledge-taking ceremony fostered a sense of unity, citizenship, and shared responsibility among participants. The event successfully enriched students’ understanding of the Constitution and encouraged them to practice its values in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
