SHL Assessment Test
TIMSR’s Placement Cell organized a 2nd Attempt – SHL Assessment Test Session by SHL for the students of MMS Sem-III (Batch 2023-2025) on 17th October 2024. The session was conducted by Mr. Deepak Menon (Regional Manager Campus Relations – SHL) and Placement Team.
The SHL Assessment Test for students is a psychometric evaluation tool used to assess key cognitive abilities, behavioural traits, and personality characteristics that are important for success in business and management roles. It typically includes tests on numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and logical reasoning to gauge analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the assessment measures soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, and adaptability through personality and situational judgment tests. The results help academic institutions or recruiters identify candidates with strong potential for leadership, strategic thinking, and cultural fit within an organization or program.
