TIMSR HR Shapers Summit & Awards 2025
The TIMSR HR Shapers Summit & Awards 2025, hosted by Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research (TIMSR) in association with HR Shapers, was successfully held on 6 December 2025 at the TIMSR Auditorium, Mumbai. The summit served as a dynamic industry–academia platform, bringing together CHROs, senior HR leaders, industry experts, academicians, and management students to discuss the evolving future of work.
With 600+ registrations and 250+ active participants, the event witnessed strong engagement and meaningful knowledge exchange. Key focus areas included Gen Z workforce expectations, AI-driven HR transformation, leadership strategies, and industry-ready talent development.
A major highlight was the exclusive CHRO Roundtable Conference, where senior HR leaders deliberated on workforce trends, talent retention, structured onboarding, internships, flexible work models, work-life balance, and remote hiring strategies.
The summit also featured two insightful panel discussions—“Gen Z at Work – The Future Code of Workplaces” and “HR Leadership – Transforming Workplaces with AI”—offering practical insights into building inclusive, tech-enabled, and human-centric workplaces.
The event concluded with the HR Shapers Summit & Awards Ceremony, honoring excellence in HR leadership, student achievements, and institutional partnerships. The ceremony was graced by celebrity guest Ms. Pooja Surve.
Overall, the summit reinforced the importance of Gen Z-centric strategies, ethical AI adoption, employee well-being, and strong academia–industry collaboration, reaffirming TIMSR’s commitment to shaping future-ready HR leaders.
