Mr. Sandeep Dubey is an accomplished academician with a strong background in Management and Commerce. He has presented and published research papers in 10 National and International conferences, including one paper published in a UGC journal, showcasing his active engagement in scholarly research and contribution to academic discourse.

He has participated in five Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) aimed at enhancing pedagogical and research skills and has successfully completed online short-term courses sponsored by RUSA. A two-time NET-qualified professional in Management and Commerce, Mr. Dubey exemplifies academic excellence and commitment to professional growth.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai, he combines academic rigor with practical insights to enrich the learning experience. His teaching philosophy emphasizes holistic student development, encouraging critical thinking, innovation, and real-world application of knowledge.
