Campus to Corporate: Cracking the Interview Code
TIMSR organized a session on Campus to Corporate: Cracking the Interview Code for the MMS students of finance specialization, Sem-III (Batch 2024–2026), on August 14, 2025.The session was conducted by Ms. Manisha Jain- Image Consultant and Founder Director of SeaChanges and aimed to prepare students for a seamless transition into the corporate world by covering resume and LinkedIn optimization, personal branding, professional body language, and interview essentials, including HR and technical rounds, aptitude tips. Through engaging live demonstrations, mock Questions & Answers, and practical strategies, participants learned how to communicate effectively, handle challenging questions, and leave a strong first impression, enhancing their readiness for placements. Further, students were also encouraged to apply these insights to sharpen their profiles and gain a distinct competitive edge in upcoming placements.
