The speaker highlighted emerging trends, digital innovations and strategies that integrate effective credit risk management with strong customer relationship practices to understand the evolving dynamics of the modern banking sector. Overall, the session provided insights on the shift of banking sector from traditional risk-focused models to customer-centric approaches driven by technology.
