National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM)
TIMSR’s Finance Department organized an industrial visit to the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), Patalganga, for the students of MMS Semester-I (Batch 2025–27) on 10th October 2025.
During the session, experts from NISM delivered insightful sessions on financial planning, smart investing and risk management, emphasizing the importance of setting financial goals and developing disciplined investment habits. The workshop also covered strategies to identify and avoid fraudulent investment schemes, ensuring financial safety in a dynamic market environment.
Through interactive discussions and real-life case studies, students gained practical exposure to financial decision-making and the significance of financial literacy. The session also inspired participants to view finance as an essential life skill and a promising career domain.
